CaCl2·2H2O 0.1 g
NH4Cl 0.1 g
KH2PO4 0.1 g
KCl 0.1 g
Na2S2O3·5H2O 2.5 g
MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g
Dissolve ingredients in 1 L of distilled water, and autoclave. Cool down under to room temperature. Add following solutions aseptically: Trace element mixture 1 ml, Selenite-tungstate solution 1 ml, Bicarbonate solution 30 ml Adjust pH to 7.0-7.2. Dispense the medium into sterile bottles. Seal the bottles with butyl rubber stoppers leaving headspace filled with air.
