Mix ingredients except for bicarbonate, vitamin, and Na2S·9H2O solutions. Dispense the medium into suitable culture vessels under a stream of the N2CO2 (8020) mixed gas, seal with butyl rubber stoppers, and autoclave at 121°C for 20 min. Concentrated Na2S·9H2O solution are sterilized separately autoclaving under a N2 atmosphere. Aseptically and anaerobically add filater-sterilized vitamin and bicarbonate solutions and Na2S·9H2O solution. Adjust pH to 7.0-7.3.
