Others: 1.冷凍保存法:抗凍劑為 5% DMSO (最終濃度)。 2.冷凍小管只能解凍一次並且完全活化,不可重複冷凍解凍。 3.菌株復活:冷凍小管立即置於37-40℃水浴中,不時搖動,使冷凍菌液完全融解。回溶的菌液必須全部吸取至 10 ml 的新鮮培養基中進行活化培養。 4.特殊培養條件:厭氧和光照。 5.增殖培養的接種量需求:接種菌液的體積必須佔新鮮培養基的 20% 至 50%。
