Sterilized 5.0g sulfur powder with 105℃, 10min twice for each 2days. Mix solution A,B and sulfur powder together.
Solution A

MgSO4·7H2O0.5g
KCl0.1g
Ca(NO3)20.01g
Distilled water 1.0L
Adjust pH to 2.5 with sulfuric acid. Sterilized by 121℃, 15min.

Solution B
FeCl3·6H2O11.0mg
CuSO4·5H2O0.5mg
H3BO32.0mg
MnSO4·H2O2.0mg
Na2MoO4·2H2O0.8mg
CoCl2·7H2O0.6mg
ZnSO4·7H2O0.9mg
Distilled water 10.0ml
Sterilized by 0.22μm filter.
