Description: Derived by cloning from the male transplantable Reuber H-35 hepatoma; the primary tumor had been induced by feeding N-2 fluorenyldiacetamide to a male AxC rat; the cells synthesize several serum proteins including albumin, transferrin and prothrombin; tyrosine.
