Culture Medium: 80% Iscove's modified Dulbecco's medium with 4 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate + 20% fetal bovine serum. (RPMI 1640 may be substituted for the Iscove medium)
Growth Property: Mixed: adherent and suspension
SubCulture Procedure: addition or replacement of fresh medium; adherent cells can be dislodged by scraping
Freezed Medium: 93% culture medium + 7% DMSO
Medium Renewal: every 2 to 3 days
