Description: LS 180 and LS 174T (see BCRC 60053) were both derived from the same patient, a 58-year-old female with Dukes' type B adenocarcinoma of the colon; LS 180 has never been trypsinized, however the variant LS 174T has been subcultured by trypsinization.
