Adjust pH to 4.0 with 10N H2SO4. For solid medium, make up above solution in double strength and adjust pH to 3.5. Make water agar at 40 g/L. Autoclave separately. Cool to about 50℃ and mix equal volumes of both solutions aseptical
Solutions A and B are separately sterilized by autoclaving and mixed.

MgSO4 x 7H2O 0.5 g
CaCl2 x 2H2O 0.25 g
KH2PO40.6 g
Distilled water 500 ml
Yeast extract1.0 g
(NH4)2SO40.2 g
Adjust pH to 3.0-4.0

Solution B:
Glucose1.0 g
Agar (if needed)20.0 g
Distilled water 500 ml
