SPIZIZEN POTATO AGAR
Boil 200g peeled, diced potatoes in 1.0L of tap water for half an hour. Filter through cotton. Add 5 mg MnSO4. Adjust pH to 6.8. Make up volume to 1.0L with tap water. Add 15g agar. Melt, dispense and autoclave.
